Evoking the beauty of the jacaranda flower, this wrap scarf combines colors of lapis and snow white for an elegant, heathered effect. Working on the traditional telar de cintura, or backstrap loom, Guatemalan artisan Micaela Ujpan hand-weaves this rayon scarf to feature subtle striped patterns along its length. Fringes complete the scarf at each end. Says the artisan, "I am inspired by nature, in every part of this marvel that God gifts us every day."

A beautiful scarf with impeccable workmanship. It has a lovely drape, soft around the neck, and very comfortable to wear. The incredible detail of the pattern needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.
