This elegant women's tunic is presented by artisan Ritu Agnihotri in India. The indigo blue cotton fabric is dyed in the time-honored ikat style, in which threads are tie-dyed prior to being woven to create an all-over pattern. Featuring a notched neckline and three-quarter length sleeves accented with coconut shell buttons, the tunic slips over the head with ease. Iridescent glass beads add sparkle to the neckline and cuffs.

"sweet blouse"
This is my second blouse by the same artist (the other one is whispering rain) and I like them both very much. They are lovely and comfortable. However, I would say they run small under the arms and around the upper arm. I usually wear a size SM in other (not Novica) tops and my two other Novica tops by a different artist are both size M and very roomy. In this one & whispering rain I had to get a large. Unfortunately that means they are rather wide on me (55, 130 pounds) but I dont like shirts that are tight-fitting in the arms. I had originally ordered M in the first one but it shrank (cold water) and Novica kindly replaced wiht a large. My other Novica shirts have not shrunk at all (they are rayon not cotton but rayon usually shrinks just as much; maybe that artist pre-shrunk the material). Also, I would not call these tunic-length. although it would depend on your height, for me they end about where they do on the model.

"Even prettier than the photograph!"
I love this shirt. The color is deep and vivid and the fabric is soft, plus there is a pretty beaded embellishment I didn?t notice in the photo.

"Beautiful top."
I love the blue color. The only complaint I have is that it runs small. I suggest getting a size larger.

"Still love it!"
Bought this a few years ago and it is still one of my favorite tops. It has held up well to many washings and still looks beautiful. Superior workmanship.
