In a solid royal blue hue, three cotton wristband bracelets add a touch of color and culture to your wardrobe. Mexican couple Nelson and Wendhy Salones creates this set, which is perfect for sharing with your best friends. Each bracelet is woven by hand on the traditional telar de cintura, or backstrap loom. Two handcrafted muñequitos, or "little dolls," dangle from each bracelet.

Nelson and Wendhy use traditional Zapotec weaving techniques and have dedicated themselves to passing down their knowledge to their children in order to continue creating culturally significant art.

Through perseverance, Nelson and Wendhy have grown their textile workshop. They now provide work for her family members and two neighbors.

Nelson and Wendhy's income allows them to provide a basic education to their children at home.

Wendhy is a dedicated mother who helps financially support the family's two children.
