Details

Seahorses swim through an underwater world of ferns and coral. Keeping her late husband's artisan heritage alive, Eka removes the husk from a coconut shell and polishes the piece to a sheen before carving the images. Beautiful and original, it stands on an albesia wood base.

"Beautifully Crafted Original Sculpture"

This intricately carved "seahorse" coconut shell is incredibly detailed and awe-inspiring. The craftmanship (or craftwomanship), by Eka, that went into making this piece into the sculpture it became is incredible. I gave this to my sixty-eight year old mother for her birthday and she loves it and displays it prominently in her home. Eka is an amazing artist and has an incredible talent.

I love the detail on Eka's Buddha Laughs statue. He brings such joy to the house with his happy and content expression! I can tell that she put a great deal of thought and heart into this. As I rub his belly I wish the best for Eka and her children. Namaste!
